To verify your account you must provide a government‑issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driver’s licence), a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie showing the ID clearly. The documents are reviewed within 24 hours; once approved you can deposit and bet. If any document is missing or unclear, support will ask for a replacement before activation.

The smallest bet you can place on any match is 10,000 VND. For most regular fights the maximum bet is set at 20 million VND, while high‑profile tournaments can raise the limit to 50 million VND. Odds are generated by our odds‑team using each rooster’s win‑loss record, weight, breed, and recent form, then refined by the volume of public bets. The initial line is posted 48 hours before the match and is updated live up to the moment the birds enter the arena. Any significant change, such as a late withdrawal, triggers an immediate odds refresh.

If a match is cancelled before the first bell, all bets are void and the stake is refunded automatically within a few minutes. When a fight ends in a draw (no knockout within the regulated time), bets placed on the draw are settled as a push, while bets on either rooster are lost. In the rare case of a technical stoppage after a knockout, the result stands as declared.

Withdrawals can be made to any Vietnamese bank account or to an e‑wallet registered in your name. After requesting a withdrawal, the transaction is processed within 24 hours on business days; bank transfers may take an additional 1‑2 days to clear. No withdrawal fees are charged, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 50,000 VND. You must complete account verification before the first withdrawal.
